Sun and heat at the door

South Texas sun is hard on any floor that sees daylight: dock doors, open service bays, patios. Epoxy on its own can yellow where UV hits it. We topcoat with aliphatic urethane or polyaspartic, both UV-stable, so the floor by the door matches the floor in the back.

Kitchens, plants and warehouses

Each needs something different. Commercial kitchens and food plants get urethane cement built for hot washdowns. Plant floors get heavy-duty or standard systems matched to their traffic. Distribution floors along I-35 and I-10 get our standard system, installed around their shifts.

What we coat here

Manufacturing and fab shops, warehouses and 3PL, dealership service departments, restaurants and commercial kitchens, retail floors and showrooms. Plus one-day garage floors from Boerne to New Braunfels.

San Antonio questions

Asked in South Texas.

More answers on the commercial and residential pages.

Will the floor yellow by the bay doors?

Not with the right topcoat. Epoxy alone can yellow in sunlight, so floors that see daylight get an aliphatic urethane or polyaspartic topcoat, both UV-stable.

Do you coat restaurant and commercial kitchens?

Yes. Kitchens get urethane cement (System 06), and we install overnight or on weekends so you don’t lose service.

Do you work in New Braunfels and Boerne?

Yes, along with Schertz, Cibolo, Seguin and the rest of the San Antonio area. Beyond that, we serve all of Texas.
