Industries

Matched to how the floor gets used.

The right system depends on what rolls, drips and spills on the floor. Here’s where we start for each kind of building.

IND–01

Warehouses & 3PL

Forklifts, pallet jacks and constant turns. Floors here go first at the joints and in the main aisles, then everywhere a pallet gets dragged.

Warehouse floor coatings in detail

Start with
System 02 · Standard, 15–20 mils
Also
System 01 for big-box floors that don’t need a coating. System 03 where steel wheels run.
Line items
Polyurea joint filling, crack repair, aisle striping, rack moving
Timing
Holiday shutdown, nights and weekends, or phased by zone
IND–02

Dealership service departments

Hot tires, oil, coolant and brake fluid in the shop. Customers walking through on the service drive. The floor has to clean up fast and look sharp doing it.

Dealership floor coatings in detail

Start with
System 05 · Flake with a polyaspartic clear coat
Also
System 02 in a solid color for shop bays
Line items
Crack repair, bay and walkway striping
Timing
Nights and weekends, so the service drive stays open
IND–03

Manufacturing & metal fab

Dropped parts, carts, steel wheels and constant impact. Thin coatings chip and wear through in the travel lanes first.

Plant floor coatings in detail

Start with
System 03 · Heavy-duty, about 1/8"
Also
System 02 for assembly and packing. System 04 where chemicals are stored.
Line items
Joint filling, crack repair, safety striping
Timing
Shutdowns, weekends, or one zone at a time
IND–04

Food & beverage, commercial kitchens

Hot-water washdowns, fats, sugars, acids and standing water. Standard epoxy isn’t built for thermal shock or a floor that’s never dry.

Kitchen and food plant floors in detail

Also
Fast-cure MMA when the area has to be back in service quickly
Line items
Crack repair, moisture barrier if the slab tests wet
Timing
Planned around production and sanitation schedules
IND–05

Retail & showrooms

The floor customers judge you by. Even color, crisp edges and a finish that keeps its gloss under foot traffic and carts.

Start with
System 05 · Flake or System 02 in a solid color
Also
System 01 for a polished-concrete look
Line items
Crack repair, joint filling
Timing
Overnight and weekend installs, so the doors stay open
IND–06

Property managers & multi-site portfolios

Tenant turns, make-readies, and buildings across town or across the state. You need one spec, one contact and records you can file.

Start with
A standard spec for each building type in the portfolio
Records
Install log and photo record for every building, for your files and the next tenant
Bids
Each building bid separately, every line priced
Timing
Timed to lease dates and move-ins

The bid

Every line priced. Nothing buried.

You get a written bid after the walkthrough and moisture test. Prep, the system and each extra sit on their own lines, so you see exactly what you’re paying for and can compare bids line by line.

No prices on this site. Every slab is different, so every bid starts with a walkthrough.

How we work

Tested first. Logged the whole way.

Most coating failures trace back to the slab: thin prep or moisture coming up from below. So the work starts there, and the record keeps going until the final walkthrough.

  1. Walkthrough + moisture test

We walk the floor with you, measure it, note cracks, joints and traffic, and moisture-test the slab before we price anything.

  2. Written line-item bid

Prep, the coating system and every extra on its own line: joint filling, crack repair, moisture barrier, striping, rack moving.

  3. Grind or shot-blast

Diamond grinding or shot-blasting to CSP 2–3, with HEPA dust collection under OSHA’s silica rule.

  4. Install, logged

Temperatures, dew point, batch numbers, mix ratios, coverage and time between coats. Recorded at every stage, with photos.

  5. Final walkthrough + warranty

We walk the finished floor with you, hand over the install log and photo record, and the warranty starts.

Warranty

Two years, in plain words.

What’s covered, what isn’t, and what happens if something fails. The full written terms come with every bid.

Commercial

2 years

Covered

  • Peeling or delamination caused by our workmanship or materials

Not covered

  • Slab moisture above the reading we tested
  • Cracks that keep moving
  • Chemicals outside the system’s rated resistance
  • Steel wheels and dragged pallets
  • Impact or heat damage
  • Normal wear of the topcoat

The fix

We repair the affected area. The warranty covers repair, not refunds or lost production.

Why the exclusions are there

Most of them are things we test or plan for up front.

We moisture-test the slab, ask what chemicals and wheels the floor will see, and match the system to it. The exclusions cover what happens if the floor gets used outside that plan, or if the slab changes after we test it.

FAQ

Commercial questions.

Commercial

Do we have to shut down for the install?

Not always. We install during holiday shutdowns (Dec 20 – Jan 3), at night and on weekends, and we can phase a large floor in sections so the rest of the building keeps running. The schedule goes in the bid.

Why do you moisture-test every slab?

Moisture coming up through the concrete is one of the most common reasons floor coatings fail. We test before we price. If the slab reads wet, the bid includes a moisture barrier as its own line item, so you know before work starts instead of after the floor lifts.

What’s in the bid?

Surface prep, the coating system, and each extra on its own line: joint filling, crack repair, a moisture barrier if the slab needs one, striping and rack moving. There are no prices on this site because every slab is different.

Which system does our floor need?

It comes down to what rolls, drips and spills on it. Most warehouse and 3PL floors take our Standard system. Steel wheels and impact need Heavy-duty. Battery rooms and chemical storage need novolac. Food and wet areas need urethane cement. We’ll recommend one at the walkthrough.

How do you handle dust?

Every grinder and shot-blaster runs with HEPA dust collection, following OSHA’s respirable crystalline silica rule.

Can you handle more than one building?

Yes. Property managers and multi-site operators get one contact, one spec per building type, and the same install log and photo record for every building in the portfolio.

Do you work outside the four big metros?

Yes. We serve all of Texas. Tell us where the building is and travel goes on the bid as its own line, like everything else.
