Grind and repair
We diamond-grind the slab with HEPA dust collection, then fill cracks and pits.
- Midday
Base coat and flake
The base coat goes down and we broadcast flake across the whole floor.
- Afternoon
Scrape and topcoat
We scrape and vacuum the loose flake, then roll on the clear polyaspartic topcoat.
- Same day
Done
We clean up and tell you when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.

Flake
Vinyl flake broadcast into the base coat and sealed clear. Texture underfoot, hides dust. The one-day garage system.
Metallic
Metallic pigment swirled through the epoxy, so no two floors come out the same. For showrooms, bars and living spaces.
Quartz
Colored quartz sand broadcast into the coating. Grippy and tough, a good fit for patios, porches and wet areas.
Solid color
One clean color under a clear topcoat. Bright, simple and easy to keep clean. Shops and home gyms.

How we earn a lifetime warranty
The bond is made before the first coat.
Every floor gets diamond-ground so the coating bonds to open, clean concrete, and every slab gets moisture-tested first. Then each stage is photographed, so there’s a record of how your floor went down.

Residential
Is a garage floor really done in one day?
Yes. We grind, repair cracks, lay the base coat and flake, and topcoat the same day. We’ll tell you when you can walk on it and when you can park on it. If the slab tests wet or needs major repair, we’ll tell you at the estimate.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Peeling and delamination under normal home use, for the original owner at that address. It doesn’t cover slab moisture, hot-tire pickup that isn’t caused by the install, impact or chemical damage, or commercial and heavy-equipment use. Full written terms come with your quote.
Will hot tires pull up the coating?
Hot-tire pickup happens when a coating isn’t bonded to properly prepared concrete. We diamond-grind every floor before coating so the system bonds to open, clean concrete.
Do you coat shops, patios and home gyms?
Yes: shops and barndominiums, patios and porches, and home gyms. Outdoor floors get a UV-stable topcoat so they don’t yellow in the sun.
What finishes can I choose from?
Flake, metallic, quartz or solid color. You’ll see real samples before you decide. See the finishes.
Can I get a price over the phone?
Not a real one. Price depends on the size, the slab’s condition and the finish, so we look at the floor first and then give you a written quote.
