DFW · North Texas Floor coatings in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Warehouse, 3PL, dealership and plant floors from Alliance to the Southern Dallas County inland port. Moisture-tested, bid line by line, logged at every stage.
Built for a freight market
Dallas–Fort Worth is one of the busiest industrial markets in the country, and most of that space changes hands on a lease. Every new tenant means a floor that has to be ready on move-in day. We work with property managers and brokers to recoat floors between tenants, and with operators who need to coat around a running shift.
North Texas clay moves slabs
Much of the Metroplex sits on expansive clay that swells when it’s wet and shrinks when it’s dry. Slabs move, and cracks follow. We rout and fill cracks before we coat and fill control joints with polyurea. If a crack is still moving, the bid says so, because no coating can bridge a crack that keeps opening.
What we coat here
Warehouse and 3PL floors, dealership service departments, manufacturing and fab shops, retail floors and showrooms. And one-day garage floors for homeowners across the Metroplex.

DFW questions
Asked around the Metroplex.
More answers on the commercial and residential pages.
Can you recoat a warehouse between tenants?
Yes. Send us the lease dates. We schedule the walkthrough and moisture test early so the floor is finished before move-in.
What do you do about cracks from slab movement?
We rout and fill cracks before coating and fill joints with polyurea. Cracks that are still moving are noted in the bid, since a coating can’t hold a crack closed. Moving cracks are also outside the warranty, and we’d rather tell you that up front.
Do you cover both Dallas and Fort Worth?
Yes, the whole Metroplex, from Denton to Mansfield and Weatherford to Forney.
