New buildings, new slabs

Central Texas keeps building: new plants, new warehouses, and the suppliers that move in to serve them. New concrete brings its own risk. A slab can look dry on top and still hold a lot of water from the pour. We test before we price, and if a new slab still reads wet, we bid a moisture barrier instead of gambling on it.

Bright, cleanable, documented

Plant floors often need to be bright, easy to clean and on record. Our standard system gives you a light, seamless floor, and the install log gives you batch numbers, mix ratios, readings and stage photos for your files.

Breweries and kitchens

Brewhouses and commercial kitchens see hot water, sugars and acids every day. Those floors get urethane cement (System 06), which is built for heat, thermal shock and constant water.

Austin questions

Asked in Central Texas.

More answers on the commercial and residential pages.

Can you coat a brand-new slab?

Yes, once it tests dry enough. New concrete can hold water for a long time after the pour, so we test first. If it still reads wet, the bid includes a moisture barrier as its own line.

Do you do brewery floors?

Yes. Brewhouses, cellars and packaging areas get urethane cement (System 06), built for hot water, sugars, acids and thermal shock.

How far out from Austin do you go?

The whole region, from Georgetown and Taylor down to San Marcos and Lockhart, and west to Lakeway and Dripping Springs. Beyond that, we serve all of Texas.
