Dealerships & fixed ops · Texas Service floors that look as good as the showroom.

Hot tires, oil, coolant and brake fluid in the bays, and customers watching from the service drive. The floor has to clean up fast and still look sharp.

Where it fails

Where dealership floors give out.

A service department is hard on a floor in ways a showroom isn’t. These are the spots we plan around.

Bays

Hot tires

Hot tires sitting on a poorly bonded coating can pull it up. Diamond grinding gives the coating open, clean concrete to bond to.

Fluids

Oil, coolant and brake fluid

Brake fluid in particular softens some coatings. The topcoat is chosen for the fluids your techs actually spill.

Drive

The service drive

Customers see it first. Water, road grime and tire marks come in with every car, so it has to wipe clean.

Edges

Lifts and drains

Edges around lift plates and drains are where water gets under a coating and peeling starts. We detail them on purpose.

The system

One look, front to back.

Customers walk the drive and the showroom. Techs work the bays. Each area gets the system that fits it, in colors that match.

How it runs

The service drive stays open.

We work after hours and in bay groups, so service keeps writing tickets.

  1. Walkthrough + moisture test

We walk the drive, bays and showroom, note lifts, drains and the fluids in use, and moisture-test the slab.

  2. Bay-group schedule

We split the shop into groups of bays and schedule nights and weekends, so the rest of the shop keeps working.

  3. Grind with HEPA dust collection

Diamond grinding with HEPA dust collection, so dust stays out of the showroom and off customer cars.

  4. Coat, flake, clear coat

Base coat, flake and clear coat, with every stage logged and photographed.

  5. Walkthrough + warranty

We walk each finished area with you and tell you exactly when cars can roll back in.

Dealerships

Can the service drive stay open?

Yes. We install at night and on weekends and split the shop into bay groups, so the drive and most bays keep working.

Will hot tires lift the coating?

Hot-tire pickup happens when a coating isn’t bonded to properly prepared concrete. We diamond-grind every floor so the system bonds to open, clean concrete.

Can you match our brand’s facility standards?

Yes. If your manufacturer has floor color or finish standards, send them over and we’ll match the system and colors to them.

How fast can bays go back into service?

Polyaspartic clear coats cure fast, so bays come back quickly. The exact return-to-service time goes in the bid.
